Manufacturer of Gadget Cases Invests Over P200M in Clark, PH July 25, 2015 Gadgets, Mobile Phones

Ecell Philippines, Inc., a global online retailer and manufacturer of mobile device cases is now one of the fastest growing companies inside the Freeport as their assets and investments run to more than P200 million in just seven years of operations.

Girlie Maguddayao, Ecell Philippines, Inc., (Ecell) Human Resources Supervisor, said the company’s investment and assets in Clark already reached about P225 million. Their Clark undertaking has also generated more than 200 jobs.

 

Ecell is a world leader for stylish printed phone and tablet cases has grown more established over the years.

 

Maguddayao said Ecell started with eight workers in 2008 with minimal investments at the Philexcel Business Park inside this Freeport.

 

Ecell Philippines is a regional office of United Kingdom-based Ecell Global that serves as home to the majority of its customer service staff, graphic designers, and support.

 

“The company continues to strive to give more jobs to Filipinos in the coming years,” Maguddayao said.

 

This year, Ecell launched more than 500 collections of the popular group One Direction under the brand HeadCase. Ecell exports their products to the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, United States of America, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Japan.

 

Ecell originated in United Kingdom and was founded by the three brothers: Tim, Murat and Cem Celikkol in 2005.

 

The Ecell official also said their company offers an impressive portfolio of over 7,000 different designs across 250 device models.

 

As the company continues to expand, it opens more job opportunities for the positions of: creative manager and Public Relations Associate, Product Designers and 30 Graphic Designers.
